Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Herocruit Consulting SRL offers refunds under specific circumstances. Due to the nature of our services, which involve immediate work and resource allocation, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

2. Refund Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial payment. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered unless exceptional circumstances apply.

3. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be granted in the following situations:

• Service not delivered as agreed upon in the contract
• Technical issues preventing service delivery that cannot be resolved
• Duplicate payments or billing errors
• Service cancellation before work has commenced (subject to administrative fees)

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Services already delivered or partially completed
• Work that has been performed and delivered
• Third-party fees or costs incurred on your behalf
• Services cancelled after work has commenced

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at thomas@herocruit.com with the following information:

• Your account information
• Transaction details (invoice number, date, amount)
• Reason for refund request
• Any supporting documentation

6. Processing Time

Refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days to the original payment method.

7. Partial Refunds

In cases where services have been partially delivered, we may offer a partial refund based on the work completed and resources allocated.

8. Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider, we reserve the right to suspend your account and services until the matter is resolved.
